The building is part of a residential complex in Wünsdorf-Waldesruh, surrounded by forests and meadows. In the inner courtyard, there is a small park and a playground for the youngest residents. Around the buildings, you’ll find several parking spaces that you can rent for €30 per month per space. Every building entrance in the residential complex has a passenger elevator, and every apartment has its own balcony.

The town is located on the B96 with a direct connection to the A10. In just over 30 minutes, you can easily reach southern Berlin; the Kurfürstendamm is about a 45-minute drive away; and Berlin Brandenburg Airport is only 30 minutes away. Excellent transportation connections via the regional rail line and public transit make for a relaxed trip to Berlin, Potsdam, Luckenwalde, or Zossen. Wünsdorf offers numerous shopping options, good medical care, two daycare centers, as well as an elementary school and a high school. The wide range of recreational activities and diverse cultural programs ensure plenty of variety. For relaxation, take a stroll to the large Wünsdorfer Lake, which, together with the small Wünsdorfer Lake, is part of an entire chain of lakes.
