3. Use and application of data
When you visit our website, our web servers temporarily store each access in a log file. The following data is collected and stored until it is automatically deleted:
– IP address of the requesting computer

– Name and URL of the file accessed
– Amount of data transferred

The server log files are processed for the purpose of enabling the use of the website (connection establishment), system security, technical administration of the network infrastructure, and optimization of the Internet offering. The IP address is only evaluated in the event of attacks on our network infrastructure or the network infrastructure of our Internet provider.
The contact details you provide will be processed exclusively for the purpose of responding to your inquiries. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
Data collected when you contact us (e.g., via contact form or email) will be deleted after your inquiry has been processed, provided that you wish this and that there are no legal retention obligations preventing deletion.
Unless otherwise stated in this privacy policy, your personal data will not be passed on to third parties unless you have expressly consented to this or we are obliged to disclose it, for example due to a court or official order.
We have taken technical and organizational measures to ensure that the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) are observed both by us and by external service providers working for us.
If we work with other companies, such as email and server providers, to provide our services, this is only done after an extensive selection process. In this selection process, each individual service provider is carefully selected for its suitability in terms of technical and organizational capabilities in data protection.
This selection process is documented in writing, and a contract for the processing of data on behalf of others (ADV contract) is only concluded if it meets the requirements of Art. 28 GDPR.
Your data is stored on specially protected servers. Access to these servers is only possible for a few specially authorized persons.
4. Google Analytics
In order to optimize the usefulness of this website for you, we use the Google Analytics analysis tool. This is a standard analysis tool from Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics. For the analysis, Google uses so-called "cookies," which it uses to obtain information about your user behavior and evaluate it accordingly.
Your data is evaluated anonymously. Google's tracking code has been supplemented on our websites so that your IP address is always truncated by Google before the analysis takes place. This IP anonymization takes place shortly after the user IP address has been sent to the Analytics data collection network for recording. In this case, the complete IP address is therefore never written to the hard disk. The truncation is usually performed on servers within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is then only transferred to a Google server in the USA after anonymization and stored there. It is therefore no longer possible to trace this data back to you personally or to combine it with data already known to Google.
The collection, anonymization, and analysis of user data is carried out by Google on behalf of the website operator (see Imprint).
You have the option of restricting or completely preventing the use of cookies via your browser settings. However, preventing cookies may mean that not all functions of this website can be used.
You also have the option of preventing Google Analytics from collecting your user data and analyzing your user behavior by downloading and installing the browser plugin developed specifically by Google and available at the following link:
https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.

5. Use of external service providers
In order to provide our services, we use the support of service providers from third countries. To ensure the protection of your personal data in this case as well, we conclude special order data processing agreements in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR with each carefully selected service provider.

In this case, however, you will not be able to use the map display.
For the purpose and scope of data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Google, as well as your rights in this regard and setting options for protecting your privacy, please refer to Google's privacy policy.
