When you contact us via email or through our contact form, the data you provide (your email address, and, if applicable, your name and phone number) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. We will delete the data collected in this context once storage is no longer necessary, or restrict its processing if legal retention obligations apply.

3. Use and Processing of Data

When you visit our website, our web servers temporarily store each visit in a log file. The following data is collected and stored until it is automatically deleted:

When we collaborate with other companies, such as email and server providers, to provide our services, this is done only following a comprehensive selection process. During this selection process, each individual service provider is carefully selected based on their suitability in terms of technical and organizational capabilities regarding data protection.

This selection process is documented in writing, and a contract for the processing of data on behalf of the controller (DPO contract) is only concluded if it meets the requirements of Article 28 of the GDPR.

Your information is stored on specially protected servers. Access to this data is restricted to a few specially authorized individuals.

4. Google Analytics

To optimize the usefulness of this website for you, we use the Google Analytics analysis tool. This is a standard analysis tool provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics. For the analysis, Google uses so-called “cookies,” through which it collects information about your user behavior and evaluates it accordingly.

Your data is evaluated anonymously. The Google tracking code has been implemented on our websites in such a way that Google always truncates the last digits of your IP address before the analysis takes place. You can contact us via the website www.strategis.eu. To do so, various data are required to respond to your inquiry, which are automatically stored for processing. This includes your last name, first name, email address, phone number (if applicable), and the content of the message itself. The data will not be disclosed to third parties unless the user has given their consent.

9. Data Processing in Connection with Job Applications

At STRATEGIS, you can apply for a position via email. For this purpose, personal data is processed and stored for further processing as part of the respective application process.

If the application leads to the establishment of an employment relationship, the personal data will be stored in accordance with legal regulations. If the applicant’s application is not considered during the selection of a potential candidate, it will be deleted in accordance with the rules of our data retention policy, taking into account the provisions of the AGG, in particular the existing burden of proof under Section 22 AGG.

We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy in compliance with legal requirements.
