location
The residential area is located on the banks of the Spree River in Berlin Köpenick in the southeast of the city. Köpenick is Berlin's largest and least densely populated district. The Köpenicker Forst is the largest forest area, and nature can also be enjoyed in numerous parks and green spaces. Spindlersfeld has excellent transport links, an extensive educational landscape, and numerous modern health facilities. Last but not least, the old town of Köpenick with its nightlife and a wide range of cultural activities make the Spree quarter an attractive place to live.
IN THE CENTER OF BERLIN IN 30 MINUTES
One of the great advantages of Spindlersfeld is its good connection to public transport. The S-Bahn takes you to the center of Berlin in the shortest possible time. For example, it takes about 30 minutes to get to Berlin Alexanderplatz by S-Bahn. Two tram lines run to Köpenick and Rahnsdorf, to the Adlershof Science City and to the Johannisthal Landscape Park.
Good infrastructure and promising technology locations in the surrounding area
There are several large grocery supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. Köpenick, with its shopping and leisure facilities, is just two tram stops away. A newly built daycare center is located in the immediate vicinity. The new Adlershof Science Park is just around the corner. It is one of the 15 largest science parks in the world and the most important science and business location in Berlin-Brandenburg. Covering an area of 4.2 km², it is home to renowned non-university research institutions, the mathematics and natural sciences campus of Humboldt University of Berlin, and over 1,200 companies and institutions with more than 23,000 employees.
There are many opportunities for leisure activities. You can relax and unwind on long walks in the park and forest, or go hiking, jogging, or cycling. The Dahme, Spree, and Müggelsee lakes are also not far away, offering many opportunities for water sports and leisure activities.
